Here are some recipes that I enjoy. Keep in mind that you don’t have to eat “rabbit food” all the time to be healthy, life is too short. Moderation is key, but some of those healthy foods are super yummy.

 

Here is one to get you started! I got this one from Pinterist

Ingredients

1 tuna (drained)
1/4  greek yogurt (plain)
1/4 crumbled feta cheese (C.)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp chives (snipped fresh)
2 tbsps toasted pine nuts (**)
fresh lemon juice (a squeeze of)
ground black pepper (fresh)
1 romaine lettuce

  • In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients with a fork.
  • Spoon salad into the middle of the lettuce leaves, garnish with extra chopped herbs if desired.
  • Enjoy!
