I am a mother of three who struggled with southern cooking and genetics to maintain a good body weight. After serving my country I got a degree in Health and Wellness to help others win the war for health.

Being fit and eating right isn’t always easy, sometimes you need help. I believe that exercise and eating better can be worked into the most hectic lifestyle. Let me help you find your balance while find (and maintain my own). I don’t eat all organic or vegan or even follow a strict diet, life is too short to be limited- try everything!

My military background and a degree in health and wellness have taught me that just hitting the gym and eating healthy do more than just let me shop in my favorite stores. I have managed to stave off some of the “normal hereditary” illnesses that “run” in my family and am journaling my take on how to juggle food, exercise, and my life.
