Wow its been a while! I have lost weight, gained weight, had a super clean house, a filthy house, completed a Master’s degree and added a (furry) family member. But I am going to see if I can’t get back into the swing of things.
Right now my go to workouts are Barre 365 and Zumba because I don’t feel like I am working out, just dancing. Luckily the local YMCA obliges my no-workout workout 3 times a week, and I fill in with a run/ walk combo.
