General Body Workout 1 

Warmup 5-10 minutes Stairs

3 Sets of 8 triceps dip

3 Sets of 8 pushups

3 Sets of 8  triceps push backs (machine or free weight)

3 Sets of 3 pull-ups (assisted fine)

3 Sets of 8 back extensions

3 Sets of 8 weighted incline sit ups

3 Sets of 8 each side ab-coaster

30-60 second plank set

3 Sets of 10 pulldowns

3 Sets of 10 row

3 Sets of 10 chest flies

3 Sets of 10 preacher curls

3 Sets of 10 thigh abductor

3 Sets of 10 thigh adductor

3 Sets of 10 donkey kicks

3 Sets of 10 leg press

Cool Down 10 minutes ARC/ elliptical or bike

Stretching
