Ok so everyone may already know about this site, but for those who don’t it is pretty cool. You can drag and drop pictures of exercises onto a printable page.
Each page will hold 6 exercises, and you can narrow down by body area and available equipment if you so desire. There are also ready made workouts. advice, and detailed exercise information. I can see where this will come in handy in order to give clearer instruction to my new “group”- and to branch out of my comfort/ familiarity zone.
