This week we are asked to post some websites that I think will be helpful in my future career. I want to be a physician assistant, and have 16 years experience as EMT, MA, nursing, parenting in both the civilian and military worlds so I have developed some “ideas” about self help when it comes to health. In a nutshell I think that what we put in and the good stress we put on our bodies- ie exercise has a lot to do with our general health- now things like hereditary disease, injuries, or exposure factor into the physical health as well so my websites are geared to how we can help ourselves.
Several of these can be found at the bottom of the blog in my links widget.
